I bring 20+ years of clinical expertise to every session, but this is practical, present-focused, and action-oriented. You leave with a concrete, written plan tailored specifically to your moment — ready to use the next time it happens. 

How is this different from a regular therapy session?

A therapy session is open-ended — we follow what comes up. This is the opposite. We come in with a specific target, build a specific plan, and you leave with something written down and actionable within 24 hours. It's structured by design.

What if there's more than one thing I want to work on?

I know — they all feel urgent. But the most powerful thing we can do in one session is go deep on one moment rather than skim the surface of five.
