What Rooted & Ready is

An in-person afternoon for moms and dads tired of figuring this out alone, tired of using ChatGPT at midnight, tired of feeling like everyone else got a manual they didn't.

Expert-led sessions on the mental load, pelvic health, and nervous system regulation give you real tools and real answers.

But the real shift happens in the room, sitting next to other parents who get it, no explaining required, and professionals who actually know how to help. You'll walk in a stranger and walk out with people you'll text next week.

Make Parent Life easier

Learn from experts. Ask questions. Meet other moms and dads who get it.

Meet Neha Ruch, author of The Power Pause, our fabulous featured guest.

Hear from the expert who wrote the book on stepping back without stepping down.

Raffles, gifts, surprises

Walk away with a gift bag full of goodies. Win amazing raffle prizes!

Parent or Professional, Rooted & Ready is for you.
For parents:

You don't need one more thing to read. You need a room.  If you're deep in the trenches of early parenthood, or just far enough out to know you still need support, this is built for you. Come as you are. Bring a friend or come make one.

For professionals:

Get in front of the moms and dads who need you. Rooted & Ready brings together practitioners who care about the whole picture of early parenthood. Build real relationships with the community you serve, in a setting built for connection.
